"As the day when Revolution will be fully revealed is becoming closer"? I wouldn't say that...
Last interview of Georges Harrison:
"So even though we've already shown you the basics on Revolution, you can be sure that there are still a few more surprises we're holding for a later date.
When? You'll slowly begin to know more as we enter 2006 and as the year unfolds, and especially at E3, you'll be immersed in Revolution news."
I knew you'd be back today. Nintendo is making an announcement due to Xbox 360 launch day, yes?
I've been playing the 'N-Game' with all the hints you Nintendo employees keep putting out. I see the Blue Ocean you guys are sailing toward. Here are my questions:
1) What does the 'affordable' price include? Will it just contain the main unit and backwards compatibility? Will the visor (the portable unit) be included or not?
2) If the visor is not included, will it come out the same time the Revolution does? How much do you estimate it to cost seperately?
3) Will the Revolution feature any image projection abilities?
4) Will SEGA games be available to download alongside for its previous systems?
5) Are there other common attachments to the controller we haven't heard about (aside from the nunchuck style)?
6) Will the Powerglove return in some fashion? Is that an attachment to the controller?
7) Aside from aesthetics, what are the other benifets to the redesigned DS? Will it be a web browser as well?
8) When we 'buy' a game online with the Virtual Console, does it stay registered forever or is the 'buy' simply a once-a-moment download?
9) Is Nintendo using viral marketing?
10) What exactly is the 'revolutionary' part? Is it the controller? Is it the ON? Is it something you haven't even mentioned yet? Or is the revolution as simple as realizing that video games have been a media that targets the left hemisphere of the brain so now Nintendo wants to grow the market by targeting the right side of the brain (this would explain the "FEEL the games" and why the ON prototype looked like a brain).
1.so if the IGS(ON) is a visor deal how is it now 4 player? Do you mean 4 people can play on one Headset?
2. you mentioned that there are 3 drives. 1 on the rev for "GC and common rev games". And 2 drives on the ON, one being for ON games, the other for something secret. It seems pretty unlinkly that the rev will have 3 drives when Nintendo is cutting costs. That also means that the rev and ON are sepreate systems, and they would each need two different cpu/gpus/etc. for the rev and for the ON. I do not see Nintendo releasing 2 seperate systems(with 3 drives among them) like this. Seems very cost ineffective., and cosfusing to the market. How can you explain that if your comments are true?
Bizaa... I'm confused. Well, not really but I want to know: How on earth did Nintendo supposedly manage to lower the costs so that it will be affordable? Did they just mean that the main unit would be cheap or the whole lot? Or did they mean that it's ''relatively'' cheap opposed to what it is? Because it sure sounds like it could cost A LOT!!
By the way, I have a new blog
http://moshetown.blogspot.com
Please visit even though there isn't much to see just yet!
1.) Do you know if Zoonami is working on the Revolution? If so then do you know what kinda game they're working on?
2.) What is "cube-mapping"? How does it work with the Revolution? I think I heard it has to do with graphics. If so then does it compete with the Unreal engine?
3.) Give us more info on the visor
Cube-mapping is just a process where a regular texture is placed on every side of the inside of a cube. That is done to simulate a sky or surrounding with just a texture. Nothing special. Been there done that. It was already on Quake 2 for Lord's sake..
Why is there SO MANY rumours surrounding the Revolution??
Is Nintendo intentonally causing all this hype? Nonetheless, is it healthy for Nintendo?
Why can't people just be pleased with the awesome free-hand remote?
Hahahahahahaha. Hahahahaha. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Ha.
I can't believe people are still making these blogs, but worse still is the people they convince. According to John Gabriel's Greater Internet Fuckwad Theory -
Normal person + anonymity + audience = Total fuckwad.
1. Have you masturbated while holding the remote controller in one hand?
2. What did Miyamoto have for his lunch yesterday?
Answer those two questions and I can believe you. The 2nd question everyone in the office knows because it was talked about.
N5_Dev recent events and findings put a little more credit into your unveilings. Looking through old posts I found one of the interviews you did where you talked about a two piece controller. Anyhow I do have a few new questions for you if you would so kindly answer:
So if the ON or some form of technology really does exist, does it utilize 3D stereoscopic technology?
What can you tell us about the LCD or displays inside the visor?
Are they panoramic to fill the entire eye's viewpoint?
Why do you think Nintendo has chose the huge Kodak theatre to unveil the Revolution?
How far along are Mario and Smash Brothers 3 in development?
How much will the system be and will it be sold in pieces (EX: Main system and Visor)?
What can you say about the system specs?
How does multi player modes work? Does it support 4 or more Visors?
How is 3rd party support coming along?
Does the Visor use Augmented Immersion technology which means you can view your room in the game and have it look like say a level in Metroid as the video appeared to showcase?
Miyamoto claimed to have never seen the ON video. What do you think about his comments?
Whats the official name of the system?
Can you explain how Nintendo can develope this technology affordably when other Visors sell for around $900?
Miyamoto is working on a new game franchise for Revolution. Do you know anything about it?
When is the system coming out?
Do any other blogs contain any facts about the Revolution or are they all fake? What about this blog: http://www.freewebs.com/revealingtherevolution/
Damn, Kevin! That's a lot of questions! Anyway, that link you provided is inoperable currently because it exceeded the monthly bandwidth and the guy who runs it has apparently stopped visiting it.
Please give us answers to our questions! I find you to be the most believable source out there (except Nintendo of course :P).
Nintendo has rented out the Kodak Theater for E3 for the past couple of years. That's nothing new.
As for N5_dev, I don't think he is coming back, especially with the crude insulters here. Be skeptical, even be distrustful, but don't be class-less guys.

Your right that Nintendo has used the Kodak Theatre before HOWEVER this is a totally different one at the place. This is the BIGGER one. There was a smaller one that one next door.
I find a lot of good content on blogs and yours is interesting.
I have a submit article services site which is a very popular submit article services site.
